1. Professional Service Agreement
By engaging CTint Renovation, the Client acknowledges that our services are provided based on the specific scope outlined in the Project Confirmation Document. Any amendments to the scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both parties as a "Change Order."
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate contracts if project conditions significantly deviate from initial inspections or if safety standards cannot be maintained on-site.
2. Estimates, Quotes & Payment Terms
Estimate Validity
All provided estimates are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Material cost fluctuations exceeding 10% may result in price adjustments prior to contract signing.
Payment Milestones
Standard billing follows a 30/40/30 structure: 30% deposit upon signing, 40% upon completion of rough-ins/major demolition, and 30% final balance upon inspection.
3. Permits, Inspections & Ontario Building Code
All renovation work performed by CTint Renovation adheres strictly to the Ontario Building Code (OBC). Responsibility for securing building permits lies with the Client unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project contract.

4. Liability & Workmanship Guarantee
WSIB & Liability Insurance
CTint Renovation maintains $5,000,000 in General Liability Insurance and is in good standing with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
We provide a 2-year structural workmanship guarantee on all permanent installations, excluding wear-and-tear or damage caused by environmental factors outside of our control.
